• Ornamental Trees: Ash, Birch, Crabapple, Dogwood, Elm, etc.
• Shrubs and Bushes: Azalea, Barberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry, etc.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our plants. However, natural variations in size, color, and appearance may occur. The plants you receive may differ slightly from website images.

Agricultural Restrictions

Certain plants, particularly Citrus Trees, are subject to agricultural restrictions. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you are permitted to receive them in your location.

Order Process

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Order Processing

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 days after shipping.

Delivery

We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Receipt of Plants

Upon delivery, please inspect your plants immediately. If there is any visible damage or issues, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the affected plants.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns on:

• Citrus Trees (due to agricultural restrictions)
• Fig Trees (due to their highly perishable nature)
• Plants that have been planted
• Plants showing signs of disease not present at shipment
• Plants that have suffered from improper care
• Bare-root plants once original packaging has been opened
• Plants removed from their original containers

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, clear photos of the plants, and reason for return
3. Our customer care team will provide specific instructions for repacking and shipping
4. Carefully repackage plants according to our instructions
5. Ship the items back to us

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process refunds within 5-7 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blossom Berry Shop or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
