This policy details our shipping methods and our commitment to your satisfaction through our returns process.
Shipping Information
We are delighted to ship our plants globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Our goal is to get your new plants to you as quickly and safely as possible.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are carefully hand-picked and packaged by our experts. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships.
- Standard Shipping: We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. The cost is $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 days after it has been shipped.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your garden!
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We take immense care in selecting and packaging your plants and are confident you will love them. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and agricultural reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Citrus Trees (due to strict agricultural restrictions)
- Fig Trees (due to their highly perishable nature during transit)
- Bare-root plants once the original packaging has been opened
- Any plants that have been removed from their original containers
The Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plants in question
- The reason for your return or exchange request
- Receive Instructions: Our customer care team will review your request and email you specific instructions and guidelines for repacking and shipping the items back to us.
- Ship Back: Carefully repackage the plants according to our instructions to ensure they survive the return journey.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned items, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process them.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or it was damaged upon arrival). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference.
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanging an Item
Would you prefer to exchange your plant for a different variety? We are happy to help! Exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences. Simply follow the return process above and clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your initial email to us.
