At Blossom Berry Shop, we take as much care in packaging your plants as we do in selecting them. We’re confident you’ll love your new Apple Trees, Cherry Blossoms, or Blueberry Bushes, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines our process for ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants. To be eligible for return, plants must be in their original condition with intact root systems and showing signs of viability.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns on plants that have been planted, show signs of disease not present at shipment, or have suffered from improper care after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

After careful consideration of our product offerings, we’ve identified that certain plants require special handling and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Citrus Trees (due to agricultural restrictions)
  • Fig Trees (perishable nature during transit)
  • Bare-root plants once the packaging has been opened
  • Plants that have been removed from their original containers

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the plants, and reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide specific return shipping guidelines
  4. Ship Back: Carefully repackage plants using our instructions
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive returned items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different tree or shrub? We’re happy to exchange your plant for another variety. Exchanges are subject to availability and price differences. Simply follow the return process and indicate your desired exchange item in your email.
