What types of plants do you specialize in?
We specialize in fruit trees (including Apple, Avocado, Banana, Cherry, Citrus, Fig, and Crabapple trees), berry bushes (Blueberry, Blackberry, Cranberry), ornamental shrubs (Azalea, Barberry, Evergreen Shrubs), and stunning flowering trees (Dogwood, Cherry Blossom, Crape Myrtles) that provide beautiful fall color.
How do I care for my plants when they arrive?
Our plants are living things and may experience some shipping stress. Upon arrival, please inspect your plants, water them if the soil feels dry, and plant them as soon as possible. Each plant has specific care requirements – we include basic aftercare instructions with your shipment, and our customer service team can provide additional guidance.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide! However, due to customs restrictions and agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship to Asia and a few remote areas.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Free for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
We take great care in preparing your plants for their journey. Orders typically take 1-2 days to process before shipment. During this time, we carefully inspect, water, and package each plant with specialized materials to protect roots and foliage.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! We provide tracking information for all shipments so you can follow your plants’ journey to your garden.

International Orders

Do you handle customs documentation for international orders?
Absolutely! We prepare all necessary phytosanitary certificates and customs documentation required for international shipments. We’re experienced in international plant shipping and ensure all paperwork is properly completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our plants. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take extensive care in packaging, sometimes shipping can be tough on plants. If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to replace the plants or provide a refund.
